Pure genius.
I call it creating your perfect world. Spoke to a friend of my daughter last night. He is in Chicago, and i told hime to write down what his "perfect" job would look like, and then search high and low for a company that needs someone in that role.
From another perspective, if there is a job that you REALLY want, ask the decision maker, "What would the perfect person for this role
